Job Description
Teamlead for Performance Marketing within a cross-functional team at a successful D2C-Brand in Germany, focusing on Meta marketing channel.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical/strategic leadership for a cross-functional performance marketing team
- Responsible for developing and scaling the Meta channel
- Analyze relevant performance KPIs and derive data-driven optimization measures
- Develop new testing approaches for creatives, funnels, and campaigns
- Work closely with creative, design, video, and other marketing teams
- Prioritize projects
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Meta ads
- Initial or several years of leadership experience
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer-brand environments
- Strong understanding of relevant performance KPIs
- Experience developing and scaling successful paid social campaigns
- Excellent German (C1/C2) and good English proficiency
