Job Description
Tech Lead .NET atuando como referência técnica na Beyond Soluções, empresa de outsourcing e consultoria tech. Definindo arquiteturas, soluções cloud native e integrações para projetos de alto impacto.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical reference for development teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of code, components, and integrations.
- Participate in software architecture definition and solution design.
- Apply cloud and Cloud Native architecture concepts.
- Work with applications on Kubernetes, including ingress, load balancing, and networking.
- Use CI/CD practices and pipeline tools, particularly Azure DevOps.
- Translate business problems and needs into technical solutions.
- Provide technical influence and collaborate with diverse professional profiles, teams, and departments.
- Participate in relevant projects alongside high-performing teams and using industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Solid experience as a Tech Lead, Software Architect, or technical reference within development teams.
- Strong experience with .NET, the primary technology required for this position.
- Experience developing systems and the ability to deeply understand code, components, and integrations, even without a predominantly hands-on role.
- Knowledge of software architecture and experience designing solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud concepts and Cloud Native architecture.
- Knowledge of key concepts related to applications running on Kubernetes, including ingress, load balancing, and networking.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and pipeline tools, particularly Azure DevOps.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse professional profiles.
- Negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to translate business problems and needs into technical solutions.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to provide technical influence without relying solely on formal authority.
- Experience with React or React Native.
- Experience with mobile application architecture.
- Experience with observability tools and concepts, such as Elastic and Dynatrace.
- Knowledge of other languages in the ecosystem, such as Java, Node.js, or Python.
- Experience working in technology environments with multiple teams and a need for alignment across different departments.
