Job Description
Expert support technique et comptable chez Pennylane, éditeur français de logiciels de comptabilité et gestion financière. Investigation des incidents complexes et coordination avec les équipes Produit et Tech.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the most complex issues escalated by users and Support teams
- Investigate bugs, anomalies, and accounting or functional issues
- Reproduce problems and identify their root causes
- Qualify incidents and coordinate their resolution with the relevant teams
- Work with developers and Product teams to provide clear, actionable analyses
- Use investigation tools, including logs and basic SQL
- Document solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of the product and processes
- Share expertise with Support teams
- Collaborate with users, Support, developers, and Product teams
Requirements:
- Strong accounting experience
- Understanding of the challenges faced by accounting firms and businesses
- Experience handling complex issues requiring analysis and coordination
- Comfortable working with technical tools and addressing technical issues
- Clear communication with both business and technical stakeholders
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
- Rigorous, autonomous, and curious
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus, but not required
- Legally authorized to work in France; the employer does not currently sponsor visas
- Enjoy working in a constantly changing environment
- Make collaboration a priority
- Ability to prioritize actions with the greatest business impact
