Job Description
Expert support technique et comptable pour Pennylane, éditeur français de logiciels de comptabilité et gestion financière. Investigation des incidents complexes et coordination avec les équipes Produit et Tech.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the most complex issues escalated by users and Support teams
- Investigate bugs, anomalies, and accounting or functional issues
- Reproduce problems and identify their root cause
- Qualify incidents and coordinate their resolution with the relevant teams
- Work with developers and Product teams to provide clear, actionable analyses
- Use available investigation tools, including logs and basic SQL
- Document solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of the product and processes
- Share expertise with Support teams
- Act as the interface between users, Support, developers, and Product teams
Requirements:
- Strong accounting experience
- Understanding of the challenges faced by accounting firms and businesses
- Experience handling complex issues requiring analysis and coordination
- Comfortable working with technical tools and addressing technical issues
- Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Rigorous, self-directed, and curious
- SQL knowledge is a plus but not required
- Legally authorized to work in France; the company does not sponsor visas
- Ability to work in English
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment
