Job Description

Technical consultant in building technology providing client support and innovative solutions. Engaging with planners, installers, facility managers, and investors in modern building services.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical consultation and support of customers in the field
  • Assistance to planners, installers and facility operators in the design and implementation of building services systems
  • Development of technical solution concepts for demanding residential and non-residential projects
  • Delivery of product trainings and technical presentations
  • Support of projects from the planning phase through to commissioning
  • Assistance with analysis and troubleshooting of technical system issues
  • Active market and competitor monitoring within the sales territory
  • Maintenance and development of long-term customer relationships
  • Documentation and processing of customer projects in the CRM system

Requirements:

  • You have a technical education in building services, HVAC or mechanical engineering, for example: certified heating or sanitary installer with master certification, HTL graduate (technical college), degree in building or supply engineering, University of Applied Sciences graduate in building services or energy engineering, technical office for building services, chartered engineer (Ziviltechniker) or comparable technical qualification
  • Several years of experience in the planning, execution or commissioning of HKLS (heating, cooling, ventilation, sanitation) / HVAC systems
  • Experience in technical sales or specialist consulting is an advantage
  • Solid understanding of complex heating, cooling and utility supply systems
  • Experience with non-residential/commercial building projects is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge in: hydraulic balancing, pressure maintenance and deaeration, heating and cooling systems, zone and individual room control, analog and digital control technology, energy-efficient building systems, design and sizing tools for the HKLS/HVAC field, MS Office and CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
