Job Description
Technical Consultant I at Alkami assisting with digital banking implementation and configuration. Collaborating with teams to support onboarding and ensuring alignment with project requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Support implementation consulting activities by assisting with customer discussions and gathering requirements
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to support implementation execution
- Contribute to operational improvement initiatives by documenting recurring questions and identifying workflow inefficiencies
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience supporting software implementations, customer onboarding initiatives, or technology projects
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, Finance, or a related field
- Foundational understanding of software implementation and customer onboarding concepts
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills related to technical troubleshooting
