Job Description
Technical Consultant für ASTRUM ITs Besuchermanagementsoftware VISIT. Verantwortlich für Implementierung, Customizing, Schulung und strategische Kundenbetreuung in Nordrhein-Westfalen.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth execution of projects involving the customized VISIT software
- Provide expert support and consulting to customers and service partners
- Create detailed project plans and monitor timelines and budgets
- Technically customize and seamlessly implement VISIT in line with individual customer requirements
- Train customer administrators and users
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between Development and Sales
- Support pre-sales and after-sales presentations and accompany the team at trade fairs
- Manage an assigned customer portfolio beyond the project lifecycle
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers
- Conduct regular reviews to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement
- Support customers in realizing the maximum value from VISIT
Requirements:
- Completed degree in Business Information Systems or technical training, such as IT Specialist; career changers from the IT sector are also welcome
- Strong practical experience with Windows Server, SQL databases, and APIs
- Sound understanding of technical relationships and the ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner
- Experience in project management, implementation, support, or consulting for software solutions
- IPMA certification is an advantage
- Strong team player with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Excellent German and English language skills
