Job Description
Technical Engineer designing and maintaining systems at Unchained, a bitcoin financial services company. Collaborating across teams to build capabilities and support IT and security tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain endpoint management and configuration systems for macOS, Windows, and iOS devices
- Collaborate with security to enforce secure configurations and remediate vulnerabilities
- Write custom scripts (e.g. Python, Powershell, Bash) to automate IT and security tasks
- Provide Tier I/Tier II technical support on complex user issues
- Research and evaluate new technologies to satisfy evolving organizational requirements
- Support knowledge management by creating and maintaining technical documentation
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in information technology
- Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks and best practices
- Experience managing endpoint management solutions
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and support workflows
- Attention to detail in building out and documenting efficient processes
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
