Job Description
Technical Field Trainer delivering AI and developer workshops for Channel Partners’ enterprise technology partners. Enabling hands-on adoption across global audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver instructor-led bootcamps, technical workshops, and hands-on lab sessions for partner organizations
- Facilitate training for engineers, developers, solution architects, technical consultants, sales teams, and business stakeholders
- Lead practical implementation exercises and technical labs
- Troubleshoot participant issues live during workshops and lab environments
- Translate complex AI concepts into practical, business-relevant use cases
- Drive engagement and participation across technical and non-technical audiences
- Represent the brand professionally with enterprise and strategic partner organizations
- Maintain consistency and quality of delivery across global regions and audiences
- Support scalable training deployment models while preserving a premium learner experience
- Partner with program leadership and regional stakeholders to ensure successful training outcomes
- Travel within the assigned region
Requirements:
- Background in technical training, developer education, software development, technical consulting, or technical enablement
- Experience delivering technical training, workshops, bootcamps, or enablement programs for professional audiences
- Expertise with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Expertise with prompt engineering methodologies
- Expertise with generative AI technologies
- Expertise with AI application development workflows
- Expertise with APIs, SDKs, and developer tools
- Basic familiarity with cloud platforms and modern software environments
- Hands-on experience building, supporting, teaching, or enabling labs for LLM-based platforms, generative AI applications, AI agents, or developer-facing AI solutions
- Ability to facilitate technical labs, guided workshops, and practical application exercises in live environments
- Ability to adapt communication style across varying technical proficiency levels
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Strong executive presence and customer-facing professionalism
- Ability to engage software engineers, developers, solution architects, technical consultants, sales and pre-sales teams, and business and executive stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned region
- Preferred: experience delivering enterprise technical enablement programs for global technology organizations
- Preferred: experience with AI/ML platforms, generative AI ecosystems, developer relations, technical partner enablement, or cloud infrastructure
- Preferred: experience representing a technology company with strategic enterprise customers or partner organizations
- Preferred: experience training technical and non-technical audiences within the same engagement model
- Preferred: fluency in English and one or more regional languages relevant to assigned markets, such as Hindi, French, German, Japanese, or other local market languages
- Preferred: experience supporting certification, badging, or partner enablement programs at scale
- Regularly sit, stand, walk, grasp, talk, hear, and drive
- Occasionally lift and carry items up to 10 lbs
- Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
