Job Description
Allplan technical trainer guiding German learners through CAD-based architecture and construction planning. Delivering remote tutoring, practical instruction, and competency assessments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide subject-specific tutoring remotely from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D®
- Apply a range of teaching methods to design and deliver lessons
- Conduct competency assessments
- Support participants on their path to becoming CAD specialists
- Prepare participants for the requirements of professional practice
- Foster the sustainable development of participants’ skills
- Deliver practical knowledge through modern, practice-oriented learning
Requirements:
- Completed training or degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction technology, or a comparable qualification
- At least three years of professional experience in this field
- ACP certification or willingness to obtain it
- In-depth knowledge of Allplan
- Knowledge of creating and editing 2D elements, text, dimensions, and symbols
- Knowledge of 3D modeling and visualization
- Familiarity with BIM standards and processes
- Knowledge of advanced features such as macros, SmartParts, renovation planning, structural engineering, and Visual Scripting
- Experience with building structures, including the planning and construction of buildings, stairs, foundations, and roof structures
- Knowledge of BIM strategy and project management
- Strong teaching skills and methodological-didactic expertise
- Independent, structured way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Excellent command of German, the language of instruction (C2 level)
