Job Description
ALLPLAN technical trainer for WBS Gruppe, delivering CAD construction-planning instruction remotely. Guiding participants through practical BIM, 2D/3D modeling, and professional qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Subject-specific tutoring from a home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D®
- Teaching knowledge of ALLPLAN for CAD-based construction planning
- Applying various teaching methods when designing lessons
- Conducting competency assessments
- Supporting participants throughout the intensive qualification program to become CAD specialists
- Preparing participants for practical professional requirements
- Supporting professional skills development and integration into the job market
- Shaping modern, practice-oriented learning as a source of inspiration and learning facilitator
Requirements:
- Completed training or degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction technology, or a comparable qualification
- At least three years of professional experience in this field
- Proof of ACP certification or willingness to obtain it
- Sound knowledge of Allplan, particularly the creation and editing of 2D elements, text, dimensions, and symbols
- Knowledge of 3D modeling and visualization
- Familiarity with BIM standards and processes
- Experience with advanced functions such as macros, SmartParts, renovation planning, structural engineering, and Visual Scripting
- Experience with building structures, including the planning and construction of buildings, staircases, foundations, and roof structures
- Knowledge of BIM strategy and project management
- Teaching and instructional skills
- Strong methodological and didactic ability to communicate course content
- Independent, structured way of working with a high level of personal responsibility
- Very good command of German as the language of instruction at C2 level
- Teaching qualification (trainer certification under AEVO or Train-the-Trainer) desirable
