Job Description
As a Technical Product Manager, responsible for IT infrastructure projects and customer support in a remote setting for Arise GmbH. Requires strong technical knowledge in cloud and on-premise solutions.
Responsibilities:
- You work as a Technical Product Manager on demanding IT infrastructure projects
- Support our clients in designing stable, secure, and scalable digital systems
- Contribute to the conception and further development of products and services
- Accompany the entire product lifecycle: from requirements gathering to implementation
- Close collaboration with engineering, operations, and security teams
- Create and maintain roadmaps, user stories, and technical specifications
- Continuous optimization of products and services in cloud-native and hybrid environments
- Reliable point of contact for customers in the day-to-day project work
Requirements:
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the area of platform engineering, cloud platforms, or complex on-premise infrastructures
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience working with IT infrastructures (e.g., software engineer, IT admin, SRE, or product owner)
- Deep understanding of platform engineering and cloud-native concepts (e.g., Kubernetes, service mesh, GitOps)
- Security-oriented with regard to security & compliance
- Confident in applying Scrum or SAFe
- Persuasive communication in English; German is a plus
