Job Description
Lead Technical Product Manager role within Product Management at Foley. Focus on complex systems, integrations, and platform modernization for cloud-based architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the enterprise platforms roadmap, balancing scalability, reliability, and revenue impact
- Define system boundaries, integration patterns, and long-term platform direction in partnership with Engineering and Architecture
- Translate complex business and technical problems into clear product requirements and a prioritized backlog
- Define and drive usage-based and transactional billing data flows, ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting
- Partner closely with Engineering to design scalable, resilient solutions and make informed technical tradeoffs
- Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, RevOps, and Customer teams
- Communicate roadmap, progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager
- Experience working deeply with enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, billing, or systems of record
- Hands-on experience with usage-based or transactional billing in a SaaS environment
- Understanding of data models, APIs, and system-to-system integrations
- Ability to partner effectively with engineers and guide technical tradeoffs
- Clear communication skills and comfort working through ambiguity
- Nice to have: experience supporting usage-based or hybrid pricing models
- Nice to have: exposure to data warehouses and analytics workflows
- Nice to have: experience supporting cloud migrations from on-premise systems
- Nice to have: background in regulated or compliance-heavy SaaS environments
