Job Description
Technical Product Manager driving digital transformation in corporate finance for Cencora. Collaborating with stakeholders to identify solutions and enhance financial processes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Business Product Owner to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital transformation initiatives in corporate finance.
- Engage with finance teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to gather insights, identify pain points, and understand business requirements.
- Analyze existing financial processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and innovation, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead the design and development of technology solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee product development lifecycle from concept to execution, coordinating with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles, ensuring that solutions are intuitive and meet the needs of end-users.
- Establish metrics to assess the performance and impact of digital transformation initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
- Support change management efforts by developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and facilitating user adoption of new technologies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to leverage innovative solutions in the finance domain.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of ten (10) or more years of experience in product management, IT management, or digital transformation roles, preferably within the finance sector.
- Strong understanding of financial systems, ERP solutions, data analytics, and emerging technologies relevant to corporate finance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
