Job Description

Technische:r Produktmanager:in für digitale Immobilienbewertungsprodukte bei VALUE AG. Verantwortung für Discovery, Priorisierung, Backlog, Automatisierung und messbare Produktergebnisse.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on digital products that deliver genuine value for customers, business units, and the organization as a whole
  • Translate product strategy into precise objectives and problem spaces
  • Ensure transparency and alignment within the team
  • Conduct continuous Product Discovery through research, hypotheses, and experiments
  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business value, and risk
  • Proactively gather and structure requirements
  • Maintain a value-driven backlog
  • Plan iterative releases together with Engineering, Design, and stakeholders
  • Continuously challenge the team’s ways of working and introduce process improvements, for example through automation or AI tools
  • Facilitate problem spaces, manage expectations, and communicate strategy, progress, and risks clearly
  • Facilitate conflicts empathetically and with a solution-oriented approach
  • Define KPI targets for outcomes and ensure impact measurement
  • Take responsibility for the success of your own initiatives, including reviews and course corrections
  • Work closely with Tech, Design, and business units

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in Product Management or a comparable role
  • Experience in Product Discovery, processes, structuring, prioritization, and agile ways of working
  • Strong structuring and analytical skills
  • Ability to create high-quality requirements, such as PRDs, User Stories, and process documentation
  • Solid technical understanding of complex system logic, APIs, data flows, and technical dependencies
  • Ability to act as an interface between business and technology without being a developer
  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly, advocate for priorities, and facilitate discussions constructively
  • Active use of AI to work more efficiently and effectively
  • Willingness to learn and adopt new tools and approaches
  • Ability to independently build and further develop small tools and prototypes
  • Curiosity and broad interest in new approaches, methods, and technologies
  • Continuous reflection on and development of your own work and approach
  • Data-driven decision-making based on data and hypotheses
  • Independent and transparent working style, with ownership of results
  • Very good German and English skills at a minimum C1 level
