Job Description

Technischer Projektmanager bei ALTEN für internationale Industrialisierungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte. Steuerung technischer Systeme, Budgets, Risiken und interdisziplinärer Engineering-Teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for national and international industrialization and development projects from planning through successful implementation
  • Act as the central technical interface between engineering, production, quality, procurement, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Define technical requirements, performance criteria, and system specifications, and ensure their implementation
  • Coordinate project activities and manage quality, cost, schedule, and risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage project and development budgets and coordinate changes with relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate the selection, integration, and validation of technical systems and components
  • Support the planning and execution of integration, verification, qualification, and acceptance tests
  • Prepare technical specifications, approval documentation, and project and compliance documentation
  • Work closely with internal departments, external partners, and international project teams
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes, methods, and standards

Requirements:

  • Degree (FH/TU) in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial/ Management Engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen), or a comparable discipline
  • Several years of experience in technical project management, industrialization, or product development
  • Solid knowledge of project management and the control of complex technical projects
  • Good understanding of systems engineering, requirements engineering, and technical development processes
  • Strong technical aptitude and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
  • Knowledge of production processes and production systems
  • Ideally experience in machinery, plant engineering, or automotive manufacturing
  • Proficient with MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Independent, goal-oriented working style and willingness to take on responsibility
  • Willingness to undertake occasional domestic and international travel
