Job Description
Technischer Projektmanager bei ALTEN für internationale Industrialisierungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte. Steuerung technischer Systeme, Budgets, Risiken und interdisziplinärer Engineering-Teams.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for national and international industrialization and development projects from planning through successful implementation
- Act as the central technical interface between engineering, production, quality, procurement, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Define technical requirements, performance criteria, and system specifications, and ensure their implementation
- Coordinate project activities and manage quality, cost, schedule, and risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project and development budgets and coordinate changes with relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate the selection, integration, and validation of technical systems and components
- Support the planning and execution of integration, verification, qualification, and acceptance tests
- Prepare technical specifications, approval documentation, and project and compliance documentation
- Work closely with internal departments, external partners, and international project teams
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, methods, and standards
Requirements:
- Degree (FH/TU) in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial/ Management Engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen), or a comparable discipline
- Several years of experience in technical project management, industrialization, or product development
- Solid knowledge of project management and the control of complex technical projects
- Good understanding of systems engineering, requirements engineering, and technical development processes
- Strong technical aptitude and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Knowledge of production processes and production systems
- Ideally experience in machinery, plant engineering, or automotive manufacturing
- Proficient with MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Independent, goal-oriented working style and willingness to take on responsibility
- Willingness to undertake occasional domestic and international travel
