Job Description
Technical Project Manager leading complex pharma projects in Spanish and English. Managing stakeholders, timelines, and project delivery in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own projects from kickoff to go live and post go live support
- Keep scope, timeline, stakeholders, and delivery under control
- Work closely with clients, technical teams, and partners to move projects forward
- Run workshops, clarify requirements, document decisions, and keep everyone aligned
- Spot risks early and deal with them before they become delivery problems
- Learn the serialization domain properly and become confident enough to lead projects in it
- Communicate clearly in Spanish and English with clients and internal teams across different markets
Requirements:
- Strong project management experience in pharma or another highly regulated environment
- Clear track record of delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to learn serialization and everything connected to it
- Spanish at C1 level or higher
- English at C1 level or higher
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and personal accountability
- Genuine interest in learning, improving, and growing professionally.
