Job Description
Teleoperator selling Entel telecommunications services for NetCall Perú. Handling interested customers and number-portability offers in a nationwide remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Offer interested ENTEL customers services such as number portability
- Conduct click-to-call sales for the ENTEL public
- Work remotely from home nationwide
- Work Monday to Sunday within the 8 AM–10 PM range, with 8 working hours plus break
- Observe rotating days off
Requirements:
- Junior high school studies
- Experience in call-center or in-person sales
- Laptop or computer for remote work
- Intel Core i3 processor or newer, from 6th generation onward; Ryzen 3 or newer; or AMD8 or newer
- 8 GB RAM
- Windows 10 or 11
- Solid-state drive
- At least 75 GB free on drive C
- Wired internet connection of at least 50 Mbps
- Availability for full-time work Monday to Sunday, with rotating days off
