Job Description
Telesales Agent für FINANZCHECKs Online-Kreditvergleich. Beratung deutscher Kund*innen zu Konsumentenkrediten und Begleitung bis zum Vertragsabschluss.
Responsibilities:
- Advise customers by phone and in writing on loan comparison options
- Support customers from initial contact through contract signing
- Assist customers throughout every stage of the closing process
- Identify customer needs through needs analyses
- Find the best loan offers
- Help customers achieve their goals without cold calling
- Use modern communication tools and partners’ digital closing solutions
Requirements:
- Initial experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales, telesales, or retail
- Excellent communication skills and an open, professional manner on the phone
- Highly reliable and committed approach to work
- Motivation to develop professionally
- Fluent German, both written and spoken
- Completed commercial training or vocational qualification preferred
