Job Description
Outbound callers conducting scripted outreach for Terac, which recruits and pays human experts for AI research. Logging call outcomes across ongoing remote campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound calls to provided contact lists
- Follow provided scripts and guidelines during conversations
- Log call outcomes and relevant notes accurately
- Manage your own schedule to take on available calling volume
- Complete consistent calling volume for ongoing outreach campaigns
Requirements:
- Experience with outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time
- Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette
- Access to a reliable phone and internet connection
- Must be located in the United States
