Job Description

SaaS Administrator centralizing and automating management of SaaS applications across procurement and finance. Collaborating with corporate teams for optimized governance and cost reduction.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end administration of contract metadata, license utilization, ownership tracking, and renewal timelines within the Torii SaaS (Software as a Service) Management platform.
  • Build and maintain API (Application Programming Interface) integrations and automated user onboarding/offboarding provisioning workflows.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot existing integration connections with internal tools.
  • Conduct regular data audits, cross-reference platform records with Workday updates, perform internal data investigations, and resolve high-level data inconsistencies to keep the platform a pristine "source of truth."
  • Perform direct software contract reviews, cost center mappings, and spend analysis to optimize license allocations and manage the corporate Renewal Calendar.
  • Evaluate newly discovered shadow IT applications, validate technical owners, and collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Security, and IT teams to ensure proper security governance compliance.
  • Maintain the internal Application Catalog to keep available tools visible enterprise-wide, and educate Application Owners on data governance responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms or complex tech software products.
  • 4+ years of dedicated experience managing enterprise technology contracts, including cost centers, license utilization data, and procurement cycles.
  • Proven experience working within or closely alongside corporate back-office departments such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Procurement, Legal, or Finance.
  • Clear conceptual or hands-on familiarity with API integration models and workflow automation concepts.
  • Strong proficiency in deep-dive data management, reporting, and uncovering/resolving messy data quality mismatches.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to confidently interface with corporate leadership, collaborate on technical details, and manage multiple concurrent system changes in a fast-paced environment.
