Job Description

Professional providing support for TOTVS RM modules focusing on People Management processes at SEIDOR. Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and resolving user issues from HR, IT, and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and maintenance for TOTVS RM modules focused on People Management
  • Ensure continuity of HR processes, assist users, and ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Analyze incidents, apply fixes, support improvements, and act as the focal point between HR, IT, and vendors

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting TOTVS People Management modules – Portal Meu RH / RM Portal / RM Chronus / RM Labore
  • Respond to user tickets, analyze incidents, and propose effective solutions
  • Configure and maintain time clock rules, work schedules, payroll events, calculations, and HR processes
  • Support time tracking and payroll closing, ensuring data consistency
  • Perform tests, validations, and follow-up on fixes and system updates
  • Support integrations with third-party systems (when applicable)
  • Create and maintain functional and technical documentation
  • Work proactively to identify improvement opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with internal teams, consultancies, and TOTVS support to resolve requests
