Job Description
Consultor(a) TOTVS RM sustentando módulos de Gestão de Pessoas e processos de RH na SEIDOR. Analisando incidentes, parametrizando folha e ponto e apoiando melhorias.
Responsibilities:
- Handle user support tickets
- Analyze incidents and propose effective solutions
- Configure and maintain timekeeping rules, work schedules, payroll events, calculations, and HR processes
- Support timekeeping and payroll closing, ensuring data consistency
- Conduct tests and validations, and track system fixes and updates
- Support integrations with third-party systems, when applicable
- Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with internal teams, consulting firms, and TOTVS Support to resolve requests
- Ensure the continuity of HR processes, user support, and compliance with labor regulations
Requirements:
- Professional experience supporting and maintaining TOTVS RM modules focused on Human Resources Management
- Knowledge of timekeeping rules, work schedules, payroll events, calculations, and HR processes
- Ability to analyze incidents and implement fixes
- Knowledge of testing, validation, and tracking system fixes and updates
- Knowledge of or experience with integrations with third-party systems, when applicable
- Ability to prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation
- Knowledge of timekeeping and payroll closing processes
- Ability to act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, and vendors
- Knowledge of Brazilian labor regulations, as relevant to the role
