Job Description
Data Tracking Specialist ensuring data accuracy and building dashboards for behavioral health treatment centers. Collaborating with teams to enhance client satisfaction through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
- Audit tracking setups for every new client at onboarding
- Build and maintain performance dashboards in Agency Analytics for every active client
- Monitor every active client dashboard every day
- Trace tracking discrepancies to root cause
- Configure and maintain call attribution in CallTrackingMetrics
- Manage GTM containers across the client portfolio
- Run a structured QA audit on every client's full tracking setup monthly
- Own every open issue through to resolution
Requirements:
- 3+ years configuring and troubleshooting GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Hands-on experience with CallTrackingMetrics or a comparable call tracking platform
- Proven ability to build client-facing dashboards that non-technical people can actually read
- Agency Analytics experience preferred, other BI tools considered
- A systematic approach to data accuracy
- Clear, direct communication when something is wrong
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads conversion tracking
- Familiarity with behavioral health or healthcare marketing
