Job Description

Data Tracking Specialist ensuring data accuracy and building dashboards for behavioral health treatment centers. Collaborating with teams to enhance client satisfaction through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit tracking setups for every new client at onboarding
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards in Agency Analytics for every active client
  • Monitor every active client dashboard every day
  • Trace tracking discrepancies to root cause
  • Configure and maintain call attribution in CallTrackingMetrics
  • Manage GTM containers across the client portfolio
  • Run a structured QA audit on every client's full tracking setup monthly
  • Own every open issue through to resolution

Requirements:

  • 3+ years configuring and troubleshooting GA4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Hands-on experience with CallTrackingMetrics or a comparable call tracking platform
  • Proven ability to build client-facing dashboards that non-technical people can actually read
  • Agency Analytics experience preferred, other BI tools considered
  • A systematic approach to data accuracy
  • Clear, direct communication when something is wrong
  • Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads conversion tracking
  • Familiarity with behavioral health or healthcare marketing
