Job Description
Trainer for SAP S/4HANA responsible for competency development of course participants. Conducting sessions and applying various teaching methods in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- As a freelance trainer at WBS TRAINING, you represent your area of expertise with passion and foresight
- The primary focus is on developing the competencies of course participants
- Design and deliver lessons both as a content presenter and as a learning facilitator/coach
- Subject-specific teaching from the home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D
- Design and apply a variety of teaching methods for course delivery
- Prepare and conduct learner assessments
- Contribute to quality assurance measures
- Enthusiasm for innovative concepts in individualized, practice-oriented knowledge transfer
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training or university degree
- Professional and project experience as a consultant
- Experience as a trainer, ideally in publicly funded continuing education and online teaching
- A current SAP S/4HANA certification
- Proof of pedagogical qualification (e.g., P2WTTT certificate, AEVO)
- Methodological and didactic skill in delivering instructional content
- Independent and structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
