Job Description

Training Administrator supporting implementation and compliance of training programs at Momentum Behavior Services. Managing audits and collaborating with cross-functional teams ensuring regulatory alignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support multi-state audits for onboarding cohorts, ensuring timely completion of all required training.
  • Conduct routine compliance audits and proactively follow up with trainees, supervisors, to address incomplete or overdue training requirements.
  • Monitor and audit ongoing RBT supervision requirements, distribute monthly supervision tracking tools, and escalate compliance concerns as needed.
  • Maintain centralized training trackers, dashboards, and documentation systems to ensure audit readiness and data accuracy across assigned regions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Practice Managers/Coordinators, Scheduling Teams, Clinical Supervisors, and Credentialing to ensure seamless onboarding transitions and regulatory alignment.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Current RBT certification or Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Human Services, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an ABA clinical setting.
  • Experience training, mentoring, or coaching clinical team members.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and clinical service delivery.
  • Strong working knowledge of BACB requirements, RBT certification processes, and data tracking systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides) with demonstrated ability to manage high-volume administrative workflows.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently with high accountability.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
