Job Description
Treasury Administrator providing comprehensive administrative support for liquidity management at Access Credit Union. Responsible for treasury initiatives and compliance with financial internal controls.
Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day liquidity management activities, including monitoring cash flows, liquidity position, and funding portfolio
- Assist in the completion of program requirements and regular reporting for the credit unions securitization programs
- Work with the team in the creation and settlement of securitized pools
- Provide support to the treasury team through the development, reporting, reconciliation, testing, and maintenance of various treasury tasks and tools
- Ensure compliance with financial internal controls and procedures
- Works to achieve a high level of prompt, efficient and friendly service for management and employees
- Actively participate in staff meetings, sharing information and ideas to build organizational achievement and success
- Provide input into the development and support of the achievement of organization and department goals
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize using sound judgment to make timely and effective decisions
- Strong knowledge of Access Credit Union’s products and services
- Ability to follow standardized regulations
- Advanced knowledge of risk management within the financial industry
- Advanced computer skills
