Job Description

Treasury Administrator providing comprehensive administrative support for liquidity management at Access Credit Union. Responsible for treasury initiatives and compliance with financial internal controls.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day liquidity management activities, including monitoring cash flows, liquidity position, and funding portfolio
  • Assist in the completion of program requirements and regular reporting for the credit unions securitization programs
  • Work with the team in the creation and settlement of securitized pools
  • Provide support to the treasury team through the development, reporting, reconciliation, testing, and maintenance of various treasury tasks and tools
  • Ensure compliance with financial internal controls and procedures
  • Works to achieve a high level of prompt, efficient and friendly service for management and employees
  • Actively participate in staff meetings, sharing information and ideas to build organizational achievement and success
  • Provide input into the development and support of the achievement of organization and department goals

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize using sound judgment to make timely and effective decisions
  • Strong knowledge of Access Credit Union’s products and services
  • Ability to follow standardized regulations
  • Advanced knowledge of risk management within the financial industry
  • Advanced computer skills
