Job Description
UI/UX Designer creating buyer-focused interfaces, prototypes, and design systems for FyerX’s technology initiatives and client transformation projects. Translating complex workflows into accessible web and mobile experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive digital experiences and interfaces mapped to buyer journeys for FyerX and client brands
- Create architecture diagrams, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma
- Develop visual identities and design systems across web, social, and sales touchpoints
- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and marketing strategists
- Design UI/UX screens for custom mobile applications
- Conduct user research and map buyer questions
- Redesign digital journeys based on user feedback
- Ensure usability and cross-device compatibility
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing intuitive web platforms, mobile app interfaces, and cohesive digital brand experiences
- 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Proven track record of shipping complex web applications, landing pages, and digital products
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools, primarily Figma
- Experience crafting scalable component libraries and maintaining robust design systems
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive web layouts, micro-interactions, typography, and WCAG accessibility standards
- Strong visual design skills
- Ability to translate highly technical workflows into visually approachable graphics without losing underlying business logic
- Strategic problem-solving skills
- Focus on creating reusable visual assets and ensuring consistent visual weight across digital channels
- Strong organizational, time-tracking, and project management skills
- Ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to coordinate effectively with remote engineering and marketing teams
