Job Description

Video Editor creating and optimizing short-form ads for performance marketing at Neurobites. Collaborating closely with marketing team for effective content on social media.

Responsibilities:

  • Cutting and editing performance ads (UGC / short-form content)
  • Creating video ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube
  • Optimizing hooks, pacing, storytelling and retention
  • Developing new ad angles and creative concepts
  • Close collaboration with the marketing and content teams
  • Continuous iteration and optimization of creatives based on ad performance

Requirements:

  • Experience in video editing for social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Proficient with Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut
  • Understanding of performance marketing and paid ads
  • A good sense for hooks, storytelling and audience retention
  • Interest in psychology, marketing and viral content
  • Structured and efficient working style
  • Good proficiency in German and English
  • Bonus skills (not required):
  • Experience with UGC ads / creator content
  • Motion design or advanced After Effects skills
  • Understanding of TikTok trends and the creator economy
  • Interest in neuroscience, productivity and performance
