Job Description
Creative Video Editor crafting viral TikTok Ads for M&M Fishing. Building engaging ads from raw material and trends to drive sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Edit 5–10 ads per week (15–30 s)
- Subtitles/captions, cuts, sound, hooks — everything on point
- Know and apply trends and TikTok algorithms
- Collaborate with our Creative Strategist & Media Buyer
Requirements:
- Experience with CapCut / Premiere / DaVinci Resolve
- Familiarity with TikTok, UGC style, and hook structure
- Independent, creative, and fast
- Understands conversion > aesthetics
