Job Description
Virtual Behavioral Health Therapist providing therapy services at Iris Telehealth in a fully remote role. Supporting patients with treatment plans and community resources from home.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor treatment plans
- Provide therapy services and connect patients with essential community resources
- Document patient services in electronic health records accurately and in real time
- Use standardized assessment tools and exhibit strong diagnostic skills, contributing to our commitment to high-quality care
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Active LCSW or LICSW license in Virginia required, additionally licensed in Wisconsin and/or Michigan strongly preferred
- Proven experience in therapy, with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience in this setting
- Experience with group therapy strongly preferred
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST/CST hours.
- Experience & willingness to treat patients across various age groups, ideally all ages but a minimum of ages 13+
- Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
