Job Description
Visual and Product Communication Designer at HARMAN creating compelling visual narratives for various digital channels. Engaging in product launches, feature releases, and sales campaigns while ensuring brand consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality visual assets using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
- Design assets for a wide range of channels, including websites, digital stores, social media platforms, and marketing materials.
- Ensure visual consistency, clarity, and strong brand alignment across all customer-facing touchpoints.
- Develop visual systems, layouts, and reusable assets that support scalable communication needs.
- Redesign and evolve the website and digital store experiences when product updates, feature changes, or business needs require visual or structural updates.
- Ensure website and store designs accurately reflect current product offerings, messaging, and brand direction.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to scope, plan, and deliver website and store updates efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a high standard of usability, clarity, and visual quality across all updates.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Roon product and its features in close collaboration with product and internal stakeholders.
- Translate new feature releases into clear, engaging digital and visual stories that communicate value and functionality.
- Create launch materials, feature narratives, and supporting visuals that effectively convey product messaging.
- Balance visual creativity with usability, clarity, and strategic communication goals
- Manage creative deliverables from concept through final execution, including: Defining creative scope and requirements
- Developing and finalizing mood boards and visual directions
- Managing timelines, feedback loops, and approvals
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive communication, advertising, and sales campaigns.
- Maintain visibility over the full scope of work to ensure alignment with short-term objectives and broader strategic goals.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at a high quality bar.
- Partner closely with product, sales, engineering, and other internal teams to support product launches, feature releases, high-impact promotional and sales campaigns, and ongoing brand communication.
- Communicate design concepts, progress, and rationale clearly to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
- Foster strong collaboration to ensure alignment and successful delivery of finalized communication and advertising initiatives.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
- Proven experience creating visual assets for web, product, and social platforms.
- Experience designing, updating, and evolving websites and digital store experiences.
- Ability to translate complex product concepts into effective visual communication.
- Solid project and creative management skills, with experience overseeing deliverables end to end.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
