Job Description
Visualization Engineer responsible for designing user interfaces and assisting with SCADA solutions at Cencora. Focusing on project involvement, user acceptance testing, and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Design, produce, deploy, and manipulate the graphics and user interface
- Assist with creating and modifying documentation
- Work with PLC functions and programming techniques
- Identify, diagnose and resolve issues with the solution
- Conduct routine maintenance and updates
- Execute test plans for User Acceptance Testing processes
- Provide updates to team leaders and management
- Participate in requirements, design, development, and testing activities
- Assist with business intelligence and industrial controls initiatives
- Perform related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Understanding of SCADA and PLC solutions
- Training in fields such as business, project management, or computer sciences
- 4-year bachelor’s degree program or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of directly related experience
- Familiarity with SCADA concepts and functions
- Familiarity with Visual Studio, Java, or Python programming
- SQL Server or Oracle programming skills
- Experience with User Interface design and optimization
- Knowledge of Siemens and/or Allen Bradley PLC interfaces
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and SVGs is a plus
- Experience with executing test plans and user acceptance testing is a plus
