Job Description
Home-based Web & Graphic Designer creating branded visuals, websites, e-commerce assets, and presentations. Supporting DCX, a BPO serving growth-focused U.S. businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Create logos, innovative artwork, and pre-production artwork
- Apply brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency and edit photos to enhance visuals
- Perform typesetting and layout design
- Design website mockups with compelling images
- Create item templates and redraw items using specifications and photos
- Maintain brand standards while exploring creative possibilities
- Review final layouts and suggest improvements
- Work closely with clients’ ideas and manage their expectations
- Set up and maintain Shopify sites, including supporting creative and visual content requirements
- Maintain and update the client's Sage-based website
- Create product and design mockups for client review and presentation
- Develop compelling visuals for website and e-commerce applications
- Create and format PowerPoint presentations and supporting visual materials
- Perform ad hoc related tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
- 1–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role
- Experience supporting Shopify, website maintenance, or digital design is highly preferred
- Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
- Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
- Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications
- Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
- Experience with Shopify site setup and maintenance is highly preferred
- Experience maintaining or updating websites, particularly Sage-based websites, is an advantage
- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create visually compelling presentations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities through organization and priority setting while meeting stringent deadlines
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creativity across different mediums
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism
- Strong understanding of design principles, visual composition, and details
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and innovation in the graphic design field
