Job Description
Scraping engineer building the data backbone for European public procurement. Aggregating tender data from e-procurement portals — solving real-world challenges with scrapers.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain async scrapers (Python + Playwright)
- Handle real-world challenges
- Parse Italian data formats
- Extract and process documents
- Integrate scrapers into our Prefect orchestration pipeline
- Work with PostgreSQL, Supabase, Clickhouse, and S3
Requirements:
- Strong async Python
- Playwright or Selenium experience
- Resilience mindset
- Comfort with messy HTML
- Data parsing skills
- Bonus: experience with Italian PA (Pubblica Amministrazione) portals
