Job Description
Student Assistant handling B2B Sales and Client Communication for Global Treats GmbH. Responsible for customer engagement and relationship development in a remote setup.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and advise existing customers and actively acquire new customers via phone and email
- Independently research and approach potential business clients
- Prepare proposals and diligently follow up on offers
- Maintain direct communication with prospects and customers
- Build and develop new customer relationships
- Record and document all sales activities
- Provide general support to the sales team
Requirements:
- Enjoyment of sales and communicating with customers
- Excellent German language skills and good English skills
- Friendly, confident telephone manner
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Team-player mentality, initiative, and high motivation
- Own laptop/PC and a stable internet connection for working from home
