Student assistant in customer support for CUBE Bikes in Germany. Processing customer inquiries and ensuring technical support for bicycle products.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling support inquiries from end customers (1st-level support)
  • Documenting support requests
  • Logging communication histories
  • Monitoring open issues (tickets) until final resolution

Requirements:

  • Strong, service-oriented communication skills
  • Affinity for bicycles
  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
  • Technical understanding is an advantage
  • Team player
  • Language skills in German and English
