Job Description
Student assistant in customer support for CUBE Bikes in Germany. Processing customer inquiries and ensuring technical support for bicycle products.
Responsibilities:
- Handling support inquiries from end customers (1st-level support)
- Documenting support requests
- Logging communication histories
- Monitoring open issues (tickets) until final resolution
Requirements:
- Strong, service-oriented communication skills
- Affinity for bicycles
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
- Technical understanding is an advantage
- Team player
- Language skills in German and English
