Job Description
Werkstudent für AI- und Innovationsprogramme bei G+D, einem globalen Sicherheitstechnologieunternehmen. Analyse von Geschäftsideen, Entwicklung von Innovation Communities und Erprobung neuer AI-Tools.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of tasks and workstreams as part of the Innovation Exploration Program
- Collaborate with international teams, experts, and stakeholders from different business units and functions
- Own work packages for global recruiting and innovation campaigns, including concept development, content creation, rollout, stakeholder activation, tracking, analysis, and optimization
- Further develop the global innovation community and ambassador network
- Experiment with new formats, content, and activation mechanisms
- Analyze submitted business ideas and opportunities
- Support the screening and casting of teams
- Critically evaluate ideas from venture, customer, and business perspectives
- Test new AI tools, agents, and workflows
- Develop AI-supported approaches for research, communication, community management, and innovation processes
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a master’s degree program, for example in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, Digital Business, Technology Management, or a comparable field
- Available to work approximately 20 hours per week for approximately 12 months, while remaining enrolled throughout this period
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Willingness to take ownership and contribute your own ideas
- Confident use of common AI tools
- Curiosity about new technologies, automation, and AI agents
- Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Very good German and good English language skills
- Initial practical experience is an advantage
