Job Description
3D Motion Graphics Designer producing compelling video ads for an online lighting retailer. Collaborating with design and video production teams to deliver effective brand-aligned projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, storyboard, and execute motion graphics projects—including product videos, installation/assembly guides and explainers, as well as Marketplace ads
- Animate product ads, assemblies, operation demos, environmental applications and installation sequences
- Create interior and exterior scene layouts showcasing fixtures in real-world contexts
- Deliver final animations optimized for social media ads, Amazon branded and category ads, display ads, Youtube and Streaming ads
- Partner with marketplace teams, content manager, video producer, PMs and Engineers to ensure model fidelity, installation technique and product specification accuracy.
- Maintain organized project files, texture libraries, and scene templates
Requirements:
- Proficiency in motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)
- A minimum of 3 years of experience creating performance, product and/or brand assets in CPG, lighting or architectural industries.
- Familiarity with motion-capture data, particle systems, or fluid simulations
- Experience designing across multiple media (broadcast, online, mobile and print)
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of Keyshot, and/or Rhino a plus!
