Job Description
Senior Graphic & Digital Designer at Chapter Aesthetic Studio leading design production for marketing materials. Collaborating closely with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and engage customers.
Responsibilities:
- Design and production for a range of marketing and/or content materials.
- Develop appropriate design solutions within our campaign thematic and brand guidelines for the primary purpose of effectively selling services, related brand messages, or educating our customers in an engaging way.
- Ensure that each assigned project meets all production specifications and is delivered on time.
- Employ appropriate digital techniques as required including animation, video, micro-interactions, etc.
- In partnership with other creative team members, concept and develop new integrated marketing solutions for internal and external audiences.
- Focus on thematic brand approach, visual and voice standards, activation ideas and tactical promotion.
- Assist in the creation of the final style guides to be shared with internal and external partners.
- Execute proof corrections within the time frame dictated by the schedule.
- Prep and release files.
- Drive open rates and clicks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or related field with 5-10 years experience.
- Must have a proven track record delivering creative solutions from concept through final execution.
- Must have a strong, digitally focused portfolio.
- Must have experience designing for health/beauty, retail or luxury brands.
- Figma expert.
- Adobe Creative Suite, basic video editing and photo retouching/manipulation experience.
- Partner cross-functionally, flexibility, ability to handle change in a fast paced environment, self-starter/proactive, prioritization, problem solving/trouble shooting.
