Job Description

Graphic Designer scaling creative outputs for AI-driven language education at Promova. Producing 30+ static creatives daily while collaborating in an AI-first environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce 30+ static creatives daily for Meta, including iterations and format tests.
  • Independently source references and build a library of layouts that perform.
  • Create variations of top-performing creatives — new visuals, new copy, fresh angles — without additional briefing.
  • Track the performance of your creatives and suggest design-led improvements.
  • Research and test new AI tools for static production to work faster and smarter.
  • Build production automations to make the workflow more efficient.
  • Create visuals for longreads and advertorials.
  • Support funnel design as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in similar roles.
  • Proficient in any visual editor that gets the job done — what matters is the result, not the tool.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for static content generation and an understanding of which tool works best for which format.
  • Strong understanding of what makes a Meta ad creative work — formats, technical specs, and the creative logic behind what converts.
  • You think in variations, not single solutions. A brief is a starting point, not a final destination.
