Job Description

Senior Graphic Designer at Gainwell translating technology and healthcare concepts into visual assets. Delivering high-quality creative work while managing multiple design requests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design digital ads for LinkedIn, Demandbase, Influ2, Google Display, and other paid media.
  • Create campaign assets such as landing pages, banners, and social graphics.
  • Develop visuals for thought leadership and demand generation, and ensure all outputs are optimized for performance and brand consistency.
  • Design collaterals including white papers, case studies, blogs, infographics, and brochures.
  • Translate complex technology and healthcare content into clear visuals, and collaborate with teams to build assets that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Create sales materials such as pitch decks, proposals, and customer-facing collateral.
  • Design executive presentations with strong storytelling and polished layouts, and support urgent leadership requests with fast, accurate design execution.
  • Design landing pages aligned with conversion best practices, work with web and content teams to ensure pages are user-friendly and campaign-driven, and provide visuals for websites, blogs, resources, and microsites.
  • Maintain consistent brand application across all materials, ensure accuracy, accessibility, and high production quality, and refine existing assets to improve impact and structure.
  • Deliver high-quality work quickly without compromising standards, manage multiple design requests across teams, interpret briefs effectively while recommending design approaches, and work independently while keeping stakeholders aligned.

Requirements:

  • 6–10+ years of design experience in B2B tech, healthcare IT, SaaS, consulting, or enterprise software.
  • Proven ability to deliver campaigns, ads, landing pages, sales decks, executive presentations, and long-form collateral.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing impactful B2B design across digital and print assets.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) and advanced PowerPoint design.
  • Familiarity with Figma/Canva and knowledge of digital marketing assets including ads, landing pages, email graphics, and web formats.
  • Skilled in layout, typography, iconography, color systems, and brand application with the ability to simplify complex information into compelling visuals.
  • Detail-oriented with production-ready delivery, proofreading accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
  • Experience with global marketing teams and preferred background in healthcare, public sector, or enterprise technology.
  • Familiarity with ABM campaigns, paid media creatives, and platforms such as LinkedIn, Demandbase, Influ2, HubSpot, and WordPress.
  • Understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and basic motion graphics/video skills.
