Job Description

Wellness Account Administrator serving as the main point of contact for national clients within Labcorp. Handling account management, health fairs, supply orders, and project support.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for large national clients within Labcorp Employer Services
  • Provide timely and accurate communication and support
  • Full account management and coordinating on-site health fairs
  • Handle supply orders and collaborate across departments
  • Regular correspondence via email and phone as well as support for special projects and reporting

Requirements:

  • Associate’s Degree
  • 2 or more years' of applicable customer service experience
  • 2 or more years' of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (basic)
