Job Description
Sales Specialist promoting cell health & centrifugation products in Swiss pharmaceutical and academic sectors. Seeking solutions for biopharma and life science research with a strong sales strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Developing the sales for cell health & centrifugation products by performing all sales activity within the assigned geographic territory such as customer site visits, telephone contacts, managing enquiries, organizing and carrying out product demonstrations (involving instrument handling and transport), supplier exhibitions/shows and customer seminars
- Understanding customer needs and workflow requirements in biopharma and basic life science research and developing solutions in a joint effort with a team of experts according to the needs, specifications and requirements entrusted to us by our customers
- Defining and implementing sales strategy and business plan with multiple decision-makers into academic research and biopharma
- Conducting sales negotiations and achieving the budget within conditions set by management
Requirements:
- A degree qualification or Swiss Federal Certificate of Proficiency in Science or equivalent
- Fluent French and English both written and verbal
- Valid driving license
- If required, Swiss work permit C or B
- Ability to speak and understand German would be an advantage
- Sales experiences in life science, pharma industry or Bioprocessing (whether as a salesperson or a scientist)
- Knowledge of complex sales processes in a product portfolio of Capital Equipment
