Job Description
Junior Sales Associate responsible for educating clients about their benefits remotely. Handling client inquiries and improving customer satisfaction through virtual platforms and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Educating clients about their permanent benefits
- Educating clients on labor unions, credit unions, and/or associations
- Conducting virtual benefit explanations using Zoom
- Clarifying benefits information and answering client questions in detail
- Documenting client interactions to ensure compliance
- Collaborating with team members to improve client experience
- Following up with clients for satisfaction and support
Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Prior customer service, sales experience, or client support experience is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using Zoom and digital tools for communication
- Organized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented and self-motivated
