Job Description
Entry-Level Accountant supporting revenue recognition and month-end close for a life sciences solutions provider in the United States. Collaborating with teams to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Support month-end close and revenue recognition process
- Prepare revenue recognition reports
- Validate billing schedules against client Statements of Work
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Coordinate with project managers to resolve discrepancies
- Perform monthly balance sheet analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience with Sage Intacct, PSA tools, or ERP implementations
