Job Description
Administrative position at JLL managing document and finance tasks. Coordinating with various stakeholders for building management and procurement
Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative and document-related tasks for building owners and tenants
- Coordinate with government agencies
- Handle procurement and purchasing of office supplies
- Prepare invoices and manage accounts receivable and payable
- Maintain financial records and tax documents
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in administrative tasks
- Proficient in document management
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
- Familiarity with accounting principles
- Strong organizational skills
