Job Description
Analista Contábil remoto na Great Schools, grupo de educação que apoia escolas privadas. Executando lançamentos, conciliações, demonstrações e apurações tributárias.
Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, classify, and record accounting entries
- Recommend improvements to accounting reconciliation processes
- Prepare complete financial statements
- Calculate and determine taxation under the Actual Profit and Presumed Profit regimes
- Complete ancillary accounting tax obligations, including ECD and ECF
- Provide support and assistance during external audits
- Actively participate in the implementation and optimization of accounting systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a technical qualification in Accounting
- Knowledge of filing ancillary tax declarations
- A plus: Experience with RM TOTVS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Solid experience in accounting reconciliation and calculating Actual and Presumed Profit
- Knowledge of SPED Accounting and SPED Tax
- External audit support experience is preferred
