Job Description
Accounting and HR Specialist with Kadince managing payroll and compliance tasks. Conducting audits and interviews while collaborating with team members remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Review calendar and schedule tasks
- Prepare payroll in QuickBooks
- Conduct sales tax audits
- Manage team member gifts and hiring applications
- Conduct initial interviews and document notes
- Build agendas for meetings
Requirements:
- Basic training in HR/operations and accounting
- Experience with state tax compliance (sales tax, franchise tax, payroll tax, business tax returns)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Ideally, QuickBooks Online certification or at least 1 year of hands-on experience
- Coursework in human resources, business law, and financial accounting preferred
