Job Description

Accounting and HR Specialist with Kadince managing payroll and compliance tasks. Conducting audits and interviews while collaborating with team members remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Review calendar and schedule tasks
  • Prepare payroll in QuickBooks
  • Conduct sales tax audits
  • Manage team member gifts and hiring applications
  • Conduct initial interviews and document notes
  • Build agendas for meetings

Requirements:

  • Basic training in HR/operations and accounting
  • Experience with state tax compliance (sales tax, franchise tax, payroll tax, business tax returns)
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Ideally, QuickBooks Online certification or at least 1 year of hands-on experience
  • Coursework in human resources, business law, and financial accounting preferred
