Job Description

Administrative Analyst focusing on benefits management at Grupo Bancorbrás. Collaborating with employees on benefits and ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and process employee information to ensure proper granting of benefits, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation;
  • Monitor, verify, and control benefits invoices, record entries in the system, and perform monthly reconciliations with the relevant departments;
  • Provide support to employees for benefit-related inquiries, problem resolution, and accurate guidance on all benefits;
  • Manage enrollments, data changes, terminations, and process benefit requests (meal allowance, transportation allowance, life insurance, private pension, health insurance, and dental plan);
  • Allocate benefit costs by cost center, ensuring correct accounting allocation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field;
  • Previous experience in benefits administration and management;
  • Knowledge of labor legislation applied to benefits (CLT — Brazilian Labor Law, rules for transportation allowance, health coverage, etc.);
  • Experience with invoice verification, reconciliations, and financial postings;
  • Experience allocating costs by cost center and understanding of accounting allocation;
  • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables and basic financial formulas);
  • Experience with HR management systems and/or ERP (Protheus).
